By accessing or using Credwik's website at credwik.com or our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Credwik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Credwik", "we", "us", or "our").
Credwik provides a cloud-based invoicing, accounting, and compliance platform designed for small and medium businesses worldwide. Features include but are not limited to: professional invoice generation, customer and supplier ledger management, inventory tracking, GST filing for India (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), and financial reporting.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
The Solo (free) plan is available at no cost and includes the features described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with 30 days' notice.
Pro and Business plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Fees are displayed in USD by default; Indian customers are billed in INR. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Annual plans: pro-rata refund available within 30 days of payment if you have not used GST filing features. Contact us to request a refund.
You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your subscription. For Indian customers, GST at 18% is applied to all paid plans as required by Indian law. Customers in other jurisdictions are responsible for any applicable local taxes.

You retain ownership of all business data and content you upload to Credwik ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content, including the correctness of GST rates, GSTIN numbers, and transaction records.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content created by Credwik, is owned by Credwik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including the GSTN portal, payment gateways, and cloud services. Your use of such integrations is also subject to those third parties' terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platforms' availability, accuracy, or conduct.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Credwik is a software tool, not a licensed tax advisor or CA firm. Information generated by Credwik (reports, GSTR summaries, etc.) is for informational purposes only. You remain solely responsible for your tax compliance. We recommend consulting a qualified CA for complex tax matters.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Credwik and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, without liability to you.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will retain your data as required by law and our data retention policy (see Privacy Policy Section 5).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Credwik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
